Two cases and not a whole lot of time for Riley, as if dealing with her soulmate wasn't bad enough.
The Void originated as a crowd-funded project, and takes pride in being largely inspired by John Carpenter. Honestly, it was the cover that initially captured my attention, as anything Lovecraft-esque gets an immediate tick from me.
The past comes back to hunt Alex in the form of a group of magical adepts, which of whom prove to be more than he can handle when they seem to constantly know his whereabouts. With death around the corner, Alex must contemplate the very way he lives his life, and what lengths he'll go to to see another day.
